PRE-PRINTING.
We have a complete equipment for design, layout, and processing of images in PC and Mac environments.
In addition, we have a sophisticated CTP plate copying equipment with Cuantum thermal head technology capable of filming high definition stochastic lines for works of maximum image quality such as art catalogues, high-end products and luxury items such as cars, real estate, yachts, and financial services.
In the design and layout department we use an advanced file export and preprinting equipment in digital format for checking the different tests before copying to plate.
OFFSET PRINTING.
Our workshop has the optimal equipment for each kind of work on paper, cardboard, and plastic PP (polypropylene).
– Large format machines with sheet printing size up to a maximum of 70 × 100 cm and 15,000 sheets per hour.
– Medium format machines with sheet printing size up to a maximum of 60 × 75 cm and 15,000 sheets per hour.
– Small format machines for commercial work, including independent systems for numbering, perforation, embossing, and relief.
POST-PRINTING: FOLDING, SORTING, AND GUILLOTINE.
Our processing department has a large plant for post-printing and handling.
This allows us -with any kind of work- to avoid subcontracting to other companies, giving you the best service and price, while meeting deadlines by having all necessary means in the workshop.
Our variety of equipment covers all areas: large format folders of 70 x 100 cm and of medium format; sorting, stapling and guillotining automatic line special for magazines; various guillotines, glue-milling machines for book covers, vegetable thread stitcher and plastic laminator.
